01 — Eligibility

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all components, parts, and assembly manuals included
  • The item must not have been assembled (assembled products cannot be returned)
  • You must initiate the return within 30 calendar days of delivery

02 — Exceptions

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from our return policy due to their nature. Please review these exceptions before placing your order.

The following items cannot be returned

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance and final sale merchandise
  • Gift cards
  • Electrical accessories (heaters, lighting, etc.)
  • Bulk orders of 6 or more units
  • Products that have been assembled
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Orders shipped outside the contiguous United States

03 — Fees

Fees & Restocking

While we strive to make our return process fair and transparent, certain fees may apply depending on your order and the services used.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. For orders exceeding $1,000, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

04 — Timeline

Processing Timeline

Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets our return eligibility requirements. Here is what to expect:

  • Inspection & confirmation: Within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item, we will send you a confirmation email
  • Refund issued: Upon approval, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Bank processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Refunds are calculated as the original purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees and non-refundable service charges (upgraded shipping, white glove delivery, assembly, or rerouting fees).

05 — Exchanges

Exchanges

We do not process direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend the following approach:

  • Initiate a return for the original item following our standard return process
  • Place a new order for the item you would like instead

06 — Sale Items

Sale & Clearance Items

All sales are final

  • Items purchased at a sale or discounted price are final and cannot be returned or refunded
  • This applies to seasonal promotions, clearance events, and any items marked as “final sale”
  • Please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase

If a sale item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Damage claims on sale items are handled separately from our return policy—see the Damage Claims section below.

07 — Cancellations

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change. Here is what you need to know about cancelling an order:

  • Before shipment: Contact us as soon as possible at (307) 271-6777 to cancel. We process orders quickly, so the earlier you reach out, the better
  • After shipment: Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once the items are delivered
  • Custom items: Personalized or custom-ordered products cannot be cancelled once the order has been submitted and production has begun
  • Backordered products: Items on backorder cannot be cancelled once the order has been submitted to the manufacturer

08 — Damage Claims

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

We pack every item with care, but transit damage can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged or with missing components, here is what to do:

  • Act quickly: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any damage or missing items
  • Document everything: Take photographs of the damage and the packaging material before discarding anything
  • Keep all packaging: Do not discard boxes, foam inserts, or protective wrapping until the claim is fully resolved
  • Note damage at delivery: For freight deliveries, inspect items before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
