How do I place an order?

There are two ways to order:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Affirm (0% financing). All orders include free shipping within the continental US. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately and tracking information once your items ship.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible at (307) 271-6777 or via our contact page. We process orders quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better.

If your order has already shipped, modifications are no longer possible. However, you can still initiate a return once the items are delivered — see our Return Policy for details.

Are all items on your website in stock?

We maintain inventory across US warehouses for the vast majority of our catalog. Unlike many premium outdoor furniture retailers that operate on a made-to-order basis with 8–16 week lead times, we keep our best-selling items in stock and ready to ship.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery timelines depend on the size of your order:

  • Small items (accessories, benches, side tables) — Ship within 1–3 business days via UPS/FedEx. Typical delivery: 5–7 business days.
  • Large items (dining sets, deep seating collections) — Ship within 2–5 business days via freight carrier with curbside or threshold delivery. Typical delivery: 7–14 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States — no minimum purchase required. This includes freight shipping for larger items like dining sets and deep seating collections.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. We also offer white-glove delivery upgrades (room of choice placement and packaging removal) for an additional fee — call for details.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging every item, but transit damage can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, here’s what to do:

  • Document the damage — Take photographs of the damage and the packaging before discarding anything
  • Contact us within 48 hours — Call (307) 271-6777 or use our contact form with photos attached
  • Keep all packaging — Do not discard boxes or protective materials until the claim is fully resolved

We’ll arrange a replacement shipment or full refund at no additional cost to you. For freight deliveries, we recommend inspecting the items before signing for delivery and noting any visible damage on the delivery receipt.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Small accessory items can be shipped to P.O. boxes via UPS or FedEx. However, most of our furniture is shipped via freight carrier and requires a physical street address for delivery. Returns & Exchanges

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To start a return or exchange, contact our team within 30 days of delivery:

  • Include your order number and the reason for the return
  • Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions

Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. What is your warranty policy?

All products we carry come with the manufacturer’s brand warranty, which covers structural defects for up to 10 years depending on the brand and product line. The warranty typically covers:

  • Structural integrity of joints, frames, and hardware
  • Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Finish and coating failures (where applicable)

Normal weathering, natural patina development, and surface checking of teak wood are not considered defects — they’re natural characteristics of the material and do not affect structural integrity. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

Care & Maintenance

How should I care for my teak furniture?

Grade-A teak is remarkably low-maintenance thanks to its high natural oil content. Here’s a simple care routine:

  • Routine cleaning — Wash with mild soap and warm water 1–2 times per year. Use a soft-bristle brush for textured surfaces.
  • To maintain the honey color — Apply a quality teak sealer once a year. This preserves the warm golden tone without forming a film or coating.
  • To embrace the patina — Simply do nothing. Left untreated, teak naturally weathers to a distinguished silver-grey that many owners prefer.
  • Stain removal — For stubborn stains, lightly sand with fine-grit sandpaper (220-grit) along the grain, then clean and re-seal if desired.

Can I leave teak furniture outside year-round?

Yes. Teak is one of the few hardwoods that can withstand all four seasons without damage. It has been the wood of choice for shipbuilders for centuries precisely because of its exceptional durability in harsh conditions. Grade-A teak naturally resists:

  • Rain, snow, and UV exposure
  • Rot, mold, and mildew
  • Insect damage (termites, carpenter ants)
  • Temperature extremes from freezing winters to scorching summers

That said, using furniture covers during extended periods of non-use (like winter storage) will keep your pieces cleaner and reduce the need for seasonal deep cleaning. We carry a range of all-weather covers designed to fit our furniture collections.

What is Grade-A teak and why does it matter?

Teak wood is graded A, B, or C based on which part of the tree it comes from:

  • Grade A (heartwood) — Cut from the center of mature trees. Dense, rich in natural oils, uniform golden-brown color. The most durable and weather-resistant. This is what we carry exclusively.
  • Grade B — Outer heartwood. Slightly less oil content, may have minor color variations. Still decent quality but less consistent.
  • Grade C (sapwood) — The outermost layer. Lighter in color, far less oil, prone to cracking and decay. Found in budget furniture.

The difference matters because oil content is what gives teak its legendary weather resistance. Grade-A heartwood can last 50–75 years outdoors with minimal care. Lower grades deteriorate significantly faster.
