Order Processing


The moment you place your order, our fulfillment process begins. Here is exactly what happens behind the scenes:

  1. Instant confirmation — You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout with your order details and estimated timeline.
  2. Inventory verification — Our team verifies stock availability at our US warehouse locations and confirms your items are ready for dispatch.
  3. Payment capture — For in-stock items, payment is captured and your order enters the shipping queue. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you promptly with an updated timeline and the option to cancel at no charge.

All delivery estimates are for the lower 48 states. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii requires air freight and incurs additional shipping charges, which will be calculated and presented at checkout or upon request.

Please note: We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) payments. All orders must be prepaid through our secure checkout or by phone before shipping.


Large Items

Freight Deliveries (LTL)


Larger furniture pieces — dining sets, deep seating collections, and multi-piece orders — ship via freight carrier with lift-gate truck delivery to your door. Here is what to expect:

  • Scheduling required — A valid phone number is required at checkout. The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • Delivery windows — Appointments are available Monday through Friday in two windows: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
  • Lift-gate service — All freight deliveries include a lift-gate truck, which lowers your items from the truck bed to ground level at your delivery address.
  • Curbside delivery — Items are delivered to the nearest accessible point at your address. Placement inside your home or onto a deck/patio is not included in standard freight delivery.

White-glove delivery available. For room-of-choice placement and packaging removal, contact our team to arrange white-glove service for an additional fee. Call (307) 271-6777 for a quote.


Protection

Inspecting Your Delivery & Damage Claims


Every piece of furniture leaves our warehouse carefully inspected and securely packaged. In the rare event that something arrives damaged, we have a straightforward claims process to make things right.

  1. Inspect immediately upon arrival — Before signing for your delivery, examine all packaging for visible signs of damage, dents, or punctures. If you receive via freight, note any damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.
  2. Photograph the damage — Take clear photographs of both the packaging and any damaged items from multiple angles. Include wide shots and close-ups.
  3. Contact us promptly — Email your photos and order number to [email protected] or call (307) 271-6777. The sooner we hear from you, the faster we can resolve the issue.
  4. Keep all packaging — Do not discard any boxes, foam, or protective materials until your claim is fully resolved. Carriers may need to inspect them.

Significantly damaged deliveries: If the packaging is severely crushed, punctured, or shows clear signs of mishandling, you have the right to refuse the delivery entirely. Note the refusal on the driver’s paperwork and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.


Cancellations

Cancellations & Returns


We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the costs involved in processing and shipping premium furniture.

  • Before shipment — Orders cancelled before shipment are subject to a 15% administrative fee to cover payment processing and fulfillment preparation costs.
  • Backorder cancellations — If your item is on backorder and has not yet shipped, you may cancel at no penalty. Full refund, no questions asked.
  • After shipment — Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return once the item is delivered.
  • Return shipping — Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
